MusicWorks4Veterans presents “Six Strings & A Box” performing a heartfelt mix of original, acoustic rock, alternative, country and blues. The MusicWorks4Veterans crew gets together to share their passion for music, as they do at Washington Soldiers Home in Orting WA, where they perform regularly with our Veterans. Participation is always encouraged and creativity praised. Today, Singer/Songwriter John Leonard and percussionist Kirt “The triK” Ottosen (Six Strings & A Box) will be joined by the talented artist and motivator, Karen McClain. Thus, bringing together the core cast of MusicWorks4Veterans. Joined by special guest musicians, be prepared to create your own beats and layer in your own part along with the group. MusicWorks4Veterans: Inspiring Veterans through music. Using music and creativity as an aid towards healing.
