Don't Forget Your Appetite

The Freedom Fair International Food Court is the place to bring a big appetite! This Fourth of July leave your ice chest and picnic basket at home. Mom's not cooking this holiday! Treat her and the rest of the gang to some of the best food you'll find at any festival this year. About 60 restaurants and festival vendors will be offering up a wide variety of tasty treats and food styles from around the world!

The food booths will set up along the Ruston Way waterfront offering Japanese foods like: calamari, flame-broiled bento in teriyaki chicken or beef, stir-fry vegetables or Yakisoba noodles. Mexican style foods will include tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, fajitas and southwestern black beans. Their will be plenty of hand-dipped ice cream bars, Italian meatball sandwiches, Cajun foods, Thai Cuisine, Hawaiian sausage, tropical shaved ice, roasted corn on-the-cob, Philadelphia sandwiches, Greek gyros, Maui Wowi fresh fruit blend drinks. If that's not enough, why not try some Polish Veal, Hungarian Goulash, Pruvian style meat kabobs, Vietnamese foods, German kettle popcorn, Caesar salads, authentic German bratwurst, Polish sausage, giant pretzels, Tri-Tip of Beef Sandwiches and East African Sambusa Rolls or Chicken Piripiri in fresh peanut sauce. Of course one can also find cotton candy, waffle cones, caramel apples, elephant ears, frozen bananas dipped in chocolate, fresh lemonade, old fashioned kettle corn, espresso, onion rings, hamburgers, hot dogs, curly fries, blooming onions, Coca-Cola products and corn dogs too!
