The Doo Dads

            The Doo Dads (formerly the BCD Band) is a 50’s and 60’s Rock ‘n Roll trio with more than 75 years experience between them.  Guitarist Neil Brown started gigging in 1977 in the legendary Canadian Band, The Honkey Tonk Heroes.  Throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s he enjoyed a thriving career with various bands in the U.S. and Canada.  Bassist Dan McDonald has been performing old rock n’ roll, jazz, country and blues around the NW since the early’70s.  Some of his career highlights have been Jazz Combo, After The Rain, Country Outfits, Lee Anderson and the 90 Proof Band, Timberline Express, NW Blues Rockers, and The Stone Tones.  Michael Hoofer started his professional career at the U & I Tavern in Oroville, WA.  He has played in some of the best NW area acts including The Wailers and is currently playing with Evan Johns & The H-Bombs, and Hambone Wilson, as well as the BCD band.
