The Show & Shine Car Show will not only take place in the Lobster Shop parking lot, but will also extend to the Duke’s parking lot, where you will find some of the hottest autos in the Puget Sound. Their owners have put a lot of time and love into their cars, so look, but don’t touch. Don't miss the original "General Lee" Dodge Charger from the "Dukes of Hazzard"!

BACK TO BEALE STREET BLUES 2009 CHALLENGE FINAL
Presented by the South Sound Blues Association

THE BACK TO BEALE STREET BLUES 2009 CHALLENGE is a judged “battle of the bands” in which competitors each perform thirty-minute sets for a panel of judges. The acts are judged based on an established set of criteria; talent, blues content, originality and stage presence. The four bands competing won the preliminary competition held at Jazzbones on June 3rd. The winner at The Tacoma Freedom Fair finals will advance to the International Blues Challenge held in Memphis, Tennessee, in February 2009.
