AT THE TACOMA FREEDOM FAIR JULY 4, 2003 FROM 6:45 PM TO 7:30 PM ON THE EMERALD QUEEN –RAM BIGHORN STAGE Kameleon originated in North Carolina and was formed by Stepanie Smith. Damieon Smith joined soon after the bands conception. This half of Kameleon then moved to the Northwest in hopes to expand their musical horizons. Jim LaRiviere and Ken Duke filled out the new lineup. Stephanie grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina and began playing guitar at the age of fourteen. After playing rhythm and lead and doing some vocals in several bands she came to form the original Kameleon in 2000. Damieon and Stephanie moved to Tacoma in January of 2002 where they met Ken Duke the future guitarist for this incarnation of Kameleon. Ken enjoys writing and has three all ums worth of original material. Jim LaRiviere started playing drums at the age of 9 and moved to Seattle at age 18. Jim was playing in several bands until he met up with Damieon over the internet, and rounded out the Kameleon lineup. For more information contact 3CI (253) 815-6795
