The Chester Dennis Jones Band prides itself on playing the Blues in its true form.
Chester’s belief in the concept of ‘less is more’ is prevalent in his well-known guitar phrasing and unique vibrato while Thomas Ellison Johnson on bass and Steve Hopkins on drums bring an impressive tight rhythm section to the band. Add the vocals of Chester and Thomas and you have a soulful bluesy sound rarely heard outside of the Chicago Blues scene.
